I am blown away by Experimac's service and knowledge of all things Mac. My MacBook Pro was fixed in 24 hours, properly and it didn't cost the earth. The Apple Store wanted $180 to even LOOK at it, and it was going to take them a week to even get back to me about whether it could even be fixed.
